Vikram Chatwal Hotels has announced that it will partner with the TAO and Strategic Groups (TSG) to develop and implement the food program at new hotel venture Dream Downtown. New York natives and TAO Group founders, Marc Packer and Rich Wolf, and Strategic Group founders Jason Strauss and Noah Tepperberg, collectively form TSG, whose most recent projects include the opening of LAVO Italian Restaurant & Nightclub in both New York and Las Vegas and Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub.

Dream Downtown is slated to open this summer in New York’s trendy Meatpacking District. The hotel boasts a 150-seat restaurant, lobby lounge, pool café/bar, beach club, expansive rooftop indoor/outdoor lounge, multiple meeting rooms and 24-hour room service.

Hotel owner Vikram Chatwal says he is looking forward to working with TSG. “When developing this venture – a new evolution of the Dream brand – we knew we wanted to work with someone that could execute the vision we had to make Dream Downtown the ultimate luxury and nightlife destination in New York, which is why the TAO Group was the ideal partner,” he enthuses. “Noah, Jason, Marc and Rich are known in their highly competitive field as developers of several of the country’s most remarkable spaces, and we are very excited to collaborate on this special project.”
