Maclaren and Dylan’s Candy Bar Introduce a Sweet New Stroller
by HauteLiving

Maclaren, a renowned premium parenting company and creator of the world’s first umbrella-fold baby buggy, has partnered with Dylan’s Candy Bar to launch a new buggy for Maclaren’s Objects of Design collection.

“It was exciting working with Maclaren to design a Dylan’s Candy Bar inspired stroller for their Objects of Design collection,” said Dylan Lauren, Founder and CEO of Dylan’s Candy Bar. “To me candy is a lifestyle, and I get a sugar rush every time I can give the customer a taste of it with fun products that allow them to experience the Dylan’s Candy Bar brand in a new way.”

Maclaren’s Design Director Caroline Komminsk spoke of Dylan’s Candy Bar’s “appealing whimsical style” which is evident in the new buggy.   The rainbow-colored, striped hood, coordinating seat liner and candy-print rain-cover evokes the vibrant and colorful look and feel of Dylan’s Candy Bar while the chic black frame further highlights their striking color palette.

Dylan’s Candy Bar is not Maclaren’s first collaboration, as they have similar Objects of Design strollers with Juicy Couture, Burberry, and Kate Spade.  Like all Maclaren Volo strollers, the Dylan’s Candy Bar Buggy features a five-point harness, washable seat, compact umbrella fold, foot-operated brakes, shopping basket, high-performance aluminum frame, and water-resistant hood. All strollers include Maclaren’s Gold Standard safety features that surpass industry standards worldwide.

The Dylan’s Candy Bar Buggy retails for $150 and is currently available at all Dylan’s Candy Bar stores and at DylansCandyBar.com and maclarenbaby.com. It will also be available at select stores nationwide this summer.
