Haute Event: A “Time for Heroes” Celebrity Picnic

On Sunday, the stars aligned for the annual Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation “A Time for Heroes” Celebrity Picnic in Brentwood.
Minnie Driver with son Henry, Ashlee Simpson with son Bronx, Mira Sorvino with kids Mattea, Johnny, and Holden, played on the Wadsworth Great Lawn , enjoying the super slide and zip line while Denise Richards with daughters Sam and Lola, played at the Denim Decorating booth. Hosted by 77 kids (the American Eagle children’s line) the booth boasted a special 3-D surfing station for children, celebrities and their families so they could to design, bedazzle and paint customized boys and girls denim shorts and skirts.

Joe Manganiello, Mark-Paul Gosselaar with kids Michael and Ava, Ali Landry with daughter Estela, Laila Ali with kids Curtis Jr. and Sydney, Chuck’s Zach Levi, Chad Michael Murray, Judy Greer, Entourage’s Constance Zimmer with daughter Colette Zoe, The Hard Times of RJ Berger’s Amber Lancaster, Shake It Up!’s Bella Thorne, channeled their inner artists at “Surfin’ Safari” themed booth and enjoyed the picnic on the lawn.

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation funds critical research, launches global health programs and is an advocate for children’s health, all in the fight against HIV/AIDS and to give hope to the children and families living with this global disease.
