Haute Ambassador Arthur Benjamin attended the 2011 Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU) Annual Convention & Exposition and met with General Colin Powell. It is premier event for private sector higher education which took place June 6-8, 2011 at the Gaylord Texan Hotel & Convention Center in Dallas.
