The four-story wine tower with its wine angels who fetch your selection make Aureole a delightful spot to sip on wines. A new wine angel, Isabella Maya, toured with Cirque du Soleil and entertains with acrobatics in the tower. Most of the French dining experiences at Joël Robuchon come paired with wines. And the price range for one of the most expensive — and best — restaurants in the city is astounding: $15 per glass and $45 per bottle up to $80 per glass and $15,000 per bottle. The oldest wine available is Volnay Hospices de Beaune Cuvée Blondeau Maison Camille Giroud 1937.

Go old school with Piero’s Italian Cuisine’s menu, which hasn’t changed since the restaurant opened more than 30 years ago. Nuzzle in one of the cozy booths where your privacy is assured. Piero’s wine cellar boasts 1,900 wines with more than 10,000 bottles, and you can even order up some of them by the glass.
