Haute Spot: L.A.’s Newest Vodka Bar to Open Downtown June 1
by Diana M. Jacome

What kind of spirit-themed bars are you hanging out at these days?

L.A.’s newest vodka bar Silo is preparing to open its doors to the public on June 1 in downtown’s The Hass Building on 7th Street. This hip joint will stock up with some of the finest vodkas in the world like Three Olives, Zubrowka, Tito’s, Russian Standard, and the highly praised Beluga.

Silo will cover 2,000 square feet spilt into two levels; the upstairs will consist of an “Ice Lounge” and outdoor seating area, as well as floor to ceiling glass windows. The masterful minds behind this up-and-coming haute spot are Group 7 LLC with collaboration between AP Consulting LA, which plans to run the bar and do all the marketing. There isn’t a set menu as of yet, but what we do know is that Chef Ore Dagan will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Silo will be located at 221 W. 7th St., Downtown L.A. 213-891-1063.
