There are some fun feel-good events going down this month at W Scottsdale. Primp, pop and shop on Wednesday nights with Bliss Spa, and then Free Flow during a complimentary vinyasa and power yoga session on Thursday evenings with lululemon athletica. Primp, Pop and Shop

Combining all a lady’s favorite things into one fun event, the Primp, Pop and Shop nights take place every Wednesday through the end of May, on May 18 and May 25. Between 5 and 8 p.m., you and your girlfriends can listen to live music while enjoying a buff and polish from Bliss Spa, glasses of champagne, and 20 percent off Bliss Spa products and 20 percent off new fashions at W Hotels The Store. Free Flow

The W Scottsdale + lululemon athletica Free Flow series is winding down this month, but you can still flow your way into a Zen-full state of mind on Thursday, May 19, or Thursday, May 26. Unwind during a vinyasa and power yoga session poolside from 6 to 7 p.m., with the sounds of chill DJ grooves as you move in and out of poses. The final Free Flow on May 26 will culminate with a fashion and function show followed by a live performance by a national recording artist. Afterward, stick around to enjoy extended happy hour specials in Shade Lounge that include: $3 beers, $5 well drinks, $5 select wines and half-off select food items. The Free Flow is free and open to the public and while no advanced registration is required, the sessions are BYOM (bring your own mat).
