Haute Event: Irina Shayk, Susan Sarandon, and Carol Alt Attend Cantamessa Jewels U.S. Debut
by Mariel Cayre

On Thursday, April 28, supermodel Irina Shayk, actress Susan Sarandon, model Carol Alt, Miss USA Rima Fakih, music mogul Damon Dash, Miss Universe 2002 Oksana Fedorova, New England Patriot’s safety Brett Lockett, celebrity hairdresser Frédéric Fekkai, restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow, and many others, attended a lavish party to celebrate the U.S. debut of Cantamessa Jewels at the Manhattan Motorcars Showroom in NYC.
Cantamessa is an internationally renowned, Italian jewelry line with more than 70 years of history. The line is led by Frabrizio Cantamessa, heir to the Cantamessa Empire and will launch officially in the U.S. in May, with the opening of its showroom on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue. The brand features both women’s and men’s collections and already has a strong presence in Europe, Asia and Russia. The collection includes necklaces, earrings, brooches, rings and bracelets, all starting at $10,000. All diamonds used in the pieces are certified conflict-free.

At the extravagant soiree, Irina Shayk, Susan Sarandon and Carol Alt, showed off their beautiful pieces to the crowd as they walked the showroom’s floor and posed for pictures. Irina wore two Anturium rings, one dripping in diamonds and rubies, and the other covered in diamonds and sapphires. Susan sparkled with a diamond and sapphire squid shaped ring accessorized with sapphire and crystal earrings and Carol Alt shined in over 3,000 diamonds herself, wearing the Premier necklace and earrings paired with an all-diamond Anturium ring.
