Haute Dining: West Hollywood Hotspot, Craig’s

If you have ever been to the infamous Italian eatery, Dan Tana’s in West Hollywood, then you will surely recognize the new owner of the latest dining hot spot: Craig’s. Craig Susser, widely known from his 23-year stint as a waiter turned general manager then maître d of Dan Tana’s is receiving quite the accolades for his new joint, which boasts a menu with a little “something-something” for everyone.
You can’t beat the impeccable service and wide array of choices; his take on American cuisine ranges from oysters and crab legs to Linguine Bolognese, Honey Truffled Chicken, Barbeque Ribs and Mashed Potatoes.
With an assumed rolodex that even the highest powered agent wouldn’t have, it’s no surprise that since its opening back in January, Craig’s is steadily packed with Hollywood heavy hitters and A-listers. It’s that sort of new-old school place…with an ambience and vibe that faintly reminisces back to the good ole’ days.

Craig’s is located at 8826 Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood. For reservations call 310.276.1900
