Celebrity Living: Ben Stiller Adds Spanish-Style Compound to Growing L.A. Real Estate Market at $11.5 Million

An anomalous trend has celebrities dropping homes faster than scripts. Yet another celeb has plunked a property on the frail real estate market. According to Hollywood Heavy, this week it is comedian Ben Stiller who joins the ranks as a hopeful seller, adding his 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom, Spanish-style manse to the growing list.

The “Meet the Parents” star slapped an $11,495,000 price tag on the three-home compound and sent it on its way in hopes of a quickie contract.

The exquisite property is professionally decorated with distinct Spanish influence imbuing the predominantly neutral spaces with hints of soft blues and greens to marry the interior with the exterior which features beautiful hand-made ceramic and Saltillo tile work, a spacious in-ground pool, and lounge area. Mature foliage and lush green landscaping keep this house sheltered from paparazzi in the celebrity flooded neighborhood of Outpost Estates neighborhood in Los Angeles, CA, home to the likes of Charlize Theron, Orlando Bloom, and Hugh Laurie to name a few.
