Book a Customized Tennis Retreat at Scottsdale Resort & Athletic Club

Calling all tennis enthusiasts. Did you know Scottsdale Resort & Athletic Club offers custom adult tennis retreats? Designed for groups of three to 16 people, these personalized training sessions are perfect for serious players and hard-working amateurs alike.

Whether you’re considering an SRAC tennis retreat for your USTA team, club league, or a group of tennis-loving friends, the SRAC tennis staff can improve your game.

Standard two-day/two-night retreats dive right in with a 30-minute private lesson each day, plus three and a half hours of group instruction each day. You’ll also retire to your one-bedroom villa accommodations (single occupancy) or two-bedroom villa (double occupancy) and be treated to breakfast and lunch daily. Additionally, every participant received a progress DVD, as well as an SRAC T-shirt and logo water bottle to take home.

So, why kind of paces can you expect to be put through by the SRAC tennis staff? In addition to providing instruction in all major areas of the game, the staff will personalize your retreat by offering in-depth training in a specific area each day during the afternoon session — which means your group can choose from a long list of technique or strategy topics that you’d like to focus on.

Examples of techniques your group might like to spend more time on include: serve, service return, forehand, backhand, volley, drop shot and footwork; or choose one of the strategies: serving, returning, net play, communication and positioning, specialty shots, defensive doubles, offensive doubles — and more!

Pricing for the standard two-day/two-night retreat is $629 for single occupancy and $529 per person for double occupancy through May 31. Pricing is $549 for single occupancy and $480 per person for double occupancy June 1 through Sept. 15.

And of course you’re welcome to extend your retreat for more than just two days, or even book additional room nights without instruction. Just let the SRAC know your desires at the time of booking and they’ll do everything they can to create the stay package that suits your needs best.

To see a more complete list of prices and what a typical tennis retreat schedule might look like, as well as the cost for add-ons such as personal fitness training, massages and more during your stay, visit this page on the SRAC’s website, or call 866.733.9559 for more details.

The Scottsdale Resort & Athletic Club is located at 8225 & 8235 E. Indian Bend Road in Scottsdale
