Ginza Project (restaurant holding) latest collaboration with MTV star Artem Korolev is a real hit. Conveniently located on Novy Arbat, Dandy café boast groovy atmosphere and ultra trendy design, as well as unusual cocktail list. The menu features everything from pizza to sushi rolls. Perfect pre-party spot.

Dom Carlo restaurant is located in renovated 18th century mansion on the Garden Ring. It impresses with incredible interior with high ceilings, cyclopean windows, multilevel organization of halls and cozy areas on both sides of the main staircase. In summer they will open a dazzling summer terrace. The food from Italian Chef Carlo Grecu (hence the name) is exceptionally good. The restaurant was launched few days ago only.

Brand new restaurant from renowned restaurateur Arkady Novikov. The main idea of Donna Margarita: it's a place about food. The main hall of that Italian restaurant is made for noisy companies, chamber hall - for cozy family dinners. The chef recommends to try here the warm salad with sea bass, skaloppine of beef with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes, and ossobuco veal with polenta. By the way, if you are a fan of Novikov’s restaurants, watch out the opening of his grandiose restaurant project Novikov Berkley in London later this spring.

The concept of the restaurant revolves around gambling associations – the interior recreates casino hall. During the night few tables get the chance to win free dinner from the restaurant. However, the main intrigue of this new place is the chef. Casino executive chef Antonio Baratti has previously worked for 13 years in legendary restaurant Sirena and deserved the reputation of  one of the best chefs at Moscow gastronomic scene.

Another joint project of Ginza Project and Moscow celebrities. The Sad interior represent a subtropical garden of hundreds of exotic plants: potted palms, lianas, ficuses, ivy and orchids. The main dinning room is also full of greenery.  Michelin chef Adrian Ketglas is responsible for the cuisine here.
