‘Don’t Tell Mom We’re Cooking’ Class

Shhh, don’t tell mom, but Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is hosting a cooking class designed to teach dads and kids how to make a delicious brunch at home for mom on Mother’s Day. Executive Chef Kevin Hickey and his culinary team will lead a hands-on cooking class in the hotel’s banquet kitchen Saturday, April 30th from 11:00 am to 1:00 p.m. Chef Hickey will share some his favorite breakfast items such as delicious yogurt and granola parfaits, frittatas and stuffed Brioche French Toast. Cost is $75 per family, with a maximum of four people per reservation and includes refreshments.  Space is limited.
