Responsible luxury lovers eager to invest in resort real estate still have a chance to own a villa on the first luxury private island development to be completed in Cambodia’s pristine Koh Rong Archipelago, Song Saa Private Island.

Setting a new benchmark for eco-friendly luxury resorts, Song Saa will feature 27 rainforest, beach, and over-water villas, each with private pools with sizes ranging from 135 square metres to 301 square metres. Adopting a ‘Rustic Chic’ design, the resort features over-water building and thatched roofs and utilises natural materials such as rough-hewn timbers and drift wood. Song Saa is the first and only development in Southeast Asia to offer over-water villas for private ownership on 99-year leases. Offering an experience comparable to the Maldives, the island is accessible by seaplane flight from Siem Reap and Phnom Penh, where two daily flights will be operated by the resort.
