Haute Yachts: CRN Megayachts Launches Two New Additions to their Luxurious Fleet
by Susie Wong

Just in time for boating season, Italian-based shipbuilder CRN and member of Ferreti Group, announced the addition of two leisure superyachts, the 141-foot M/Y CRN Navetta and the 196-foot M/Y CRN.  CRN holds a place at the top of the list of the world’s leading manufacturers in uber-pleasure yachts.

Debuting as ‘Lady Trudy’, the M/Y CRN Navetta 43 is the seventh hull belonging to the exquisite Navette 43 line. The yachy has a capacity of ten passengers and nine crew members and claims a maximum speed of 15.5 knots with a cruising speed of 13 knots, propelled by two CATERPILLAR C32-C engines.

The spectacular yacht is equipped with four decks, a helicopter landing pad, and a master suite which opens out to a spacious balcony. The calming Hampton-inspired furnishings on the interior give the ship the feel of navigable home. An integrated smart-technology entertainment system – the ‘myOlos’ – is installed so the desired audio volume, lighting, and room temperature can be controlled with the click of a button, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the seas in paramount luxury.

M/Y CRN 130 60 mt

Commissioned by a European ship owner, the lean streamlined profile and cream-colored hull poetically characterizes the M/Y CRN 130 constructed of steel and aluminum.  Powered by two CATERPILLAR 3512B-Chp 1’455 kW@1835 rpm engines, the yacht has a maximum speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. While the capacious and striking form emphasizes the signature of Zuccon International Project Studio, the interior, designed by Alexandre and Cristina Negoes, seamlessly exemplifies a sophisticated art deco style. This larger vessel can accommodate 12 guests and 14 crew members.

The Zuccon International Project designers in collaboration with CRN paid homage to the sleek circular design which prevails in the interior spaces, providing fluidity and maximizing spatial relation.  Its understated décor, monochromatic interiors and flowing forms, create a new contemporary habitat of extreme pleasure.
