Meals like Fleming’s Memorable Meals are sure to have you reminiscing, and through May 15th, they’ll be offering a special Memorable Meal from Executive Chef Russel Skall that’s sure to be unforgettable.

For $125 for two (or just $62.50 if you choose to order for just one) the special luxe menu is full of decadence and memory-making flavors. Featuring chateaubriand with black truffle bordelaise and and lobster en fuego for each diner, it’s surf and turf like no other restaurant can do. Parmesan-peppercorn mashed potatoes and French green beans will be shared between the two diners while each will get their own spring salad with almonds, sun-dried tomatoes and bleu cheese vinaigrette. Dessert is a pineapple tart and as a special compliment to the meal, one of Fleming’s favorite wines, the Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Claret California Black Label 2008 will be available for the special price of $39.

Truly a memorable meal, you’ll be talking about it long after you’ve had your last bite of pineapple tart or last sip of wine — but it’ll be available for a few more weeks, so enjoy it while you can. After all, memories last forever but this meal certainly won’t.
