Oh, the tough profession of commercial real estate. All of the showcases and tiresome hours working in and out of the office can really weigh a young agent down. But even through all of this, the specialized commercial real estate agents of Miami are relentless in their pursuit to present the newest properties in the best neighborhoods…even if it means doing so with a glass of Leblon Cachaça.

On Tuesday, March 22, the Brickell Bay Office Tower welcomed dozens of Miami’s most eminent commercial real estate professionals for “Cocktails to Closing.” The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Real Estate Committee puts on this networking event annually, presenting the different commercial real estate properties that there are to offer around the finest Miami areas.

But this event is not all about the showcasing of premiere properties. This is about bringing together the real estate professionals that stalk the city streets, aiming for the same goal–to sell the best properties. And this harsh occupation needs some sort of beneficial reward.

The immense amount of inter-industry networking is only half of the fun at this elite cocktail hour. Guests enjoyed their opportunity to mingle with fellow agents just for the sake of brisk laughs and amusing small talk. The live entertainment played as the catalyst for a fantastic experience, as drinks were exclusively offered throughout the night by world-renowned liquor industry, Leblon Cachaça. Hors d’oeuvres were passed around for the pleasure of hungry guests that wished to level their drinks with delicious food.

The pressures of real estate truly shown through as the posh music illuminated the surroundings, and the best liquor and delectable hors d’oeuvres were passed around to all of the deserving professionals. It’s a tough job…but somebody’s gotta do it.
