Haute Event: Bill Clinton, Sting, and Trudie Styler Honored at Riverkeeper Ball

Last Wednesday, Riverkeeper, a NY clean-water advocacy organization, drew hundreds of supporters on the shores of the Hudson River for the their annual Fishermen’s Ball to honor the environmental philanthropy of President Bill Clinton, Sting, and wife Trudie Styler, who were all presented with “Big Fish” awards. Hosted by MSNBC’s Dylan Ratigan, the evening featured special musical performance by Rufus Wainwright and proceedswent towards the continued efforts of Riverkeeper.

Other attendees of the event included fashion designer, Donna Karan, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., John McEnroe, and many others.

Riverkeeper is a member-supported, watchdog organization dedicated to defending the Hudson River and its tributaries and protecting the drinking water supply of nine million New York City and Hudson Valley residents.
