Spring Training Charity Poker Classic at W Scottsdale

Calling all poker fans … Major League Baseball players and attendees alike will ante up at The Spring Training Charity Poker Classic on Saturday, March 5, held poolside at the W Scottsdale Hotel.
One hundred attendees and 20 MLB players are expected to play on March 5 for a chance to win the $10,000 main event entry into the 2011 World Series of Poker, with the best-finishing MLB player designating proceeds to his favorite charity.
Reserve your VIP entry ($200 fee) to gain access to an intimate meet and greet with the MLB players in one of the new W Scottsdale residences, as well as access to a hosted bar courtesy of Luna Malvada Tequila, a VIP gift bag with some sweet swag, and one reserved seat in the poker tournament (at no additional cost).
Check-in begins at 5:45 p.m., with the VIP event starting at 6 p.m. Then the night will really heat up as the tournament gets underway on the W Scottsdale’s WET Deck beginning at 7 p.m.
