Go ahead and let the energy flow at W Scottsdale’s and complimentary Free Flow yoga series, held every Thursday beginning April 7. Held in collaboration with lululemon athletica, the sessions will be appropriate for yoga newbies and pros alike.

Whether you’re a serious yoga enthusiast or someone who’s always wanted to give it a try, this is a must-attend event. Guests will practice vinyasa flow and power yoga from 6 to 7 p.m. poolside on W Scottsdale’s WET deck, near SWEAT, while a DJ spins the accompanying track.

Post your yoga session, stick around to get to know the other attendees and mingle with friends at the extended happy hour, held just for the occasion, at W Scottsdale’s destination bar shade from 7 to 9 p.m. The happy hour offerings will include $3 beers, $5 well drinks, $5 select wines and a half-off discount on select food items.

The eight-week Free Flow yoga series will kick off Thursday, April 7, and conclude Thursday, May 26, with a fashion and function show held by none other than lululemon athletica Arizona. Plus, during each session, guests can enter to win a lululemon athletica AZ Personal Fit Session (complimentary top and bottom of choice, up to $150), and there will also be a grand prize giveaway (the details on which are still hush hush, but we’re sure it will be amazing).

All sessions will be free and open to the public, and no registration is required in advance. So just grab your mat and head to the W Scottsdale April 7 to get your “om” on in style this spring!
