Haute Fashion: Blake Lively Wears Christian Louboutin at Chanel Private Dinner

Chanel has a new Maidemoiselle. Actress Blake Lively is the new face for the French House’s latest range of Maidemoiselle handbags. Last week during Paris Fashion Week 2011/2012 the Gossip Girl was celebrated at a private dinner hosted by the House of Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld. The evening took place at the Chanel couture salons which were recreated into a glamorous bistro. Blake wore the Salbourg Shoe from Christian Louboutin Spring/Summer 2011 collection.

An elegant entourage of guests attended the event including Anna Wintour, Christian Louboutin, Karl Lagerfeld, Mario Testino, Amanda Harlech, Lou Doillon, and top fashion editors and journalists. One of Blake’s favorite bands, Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine entertained the crowd.

The actress was spotted shopping with her mom and the acclaimed shoe designer in the City of Lights during Fashion Week. Blake has been feted in New York and in Paris and subject to a profile by the NY Times since her first ad was revealed with the House of Chanel.
