Haute Event: Rebecca Taylor Flagship Boutique Grand Opening

On Wednesday, March, 23, fashion designer Rebecca Taylor opened up the doors to her new boutique in the Meatpacking District with a star studded bash. Despite the rain and snow, the streets were buzzing with the opening of Rebecca Taylor’s new flagship store. Celebrity fans including Michelle Trachtenberg, Katrina Bowden, Selita Ebanks, Tika Sumpter and Alice Eve came out to celebrate the new outpost and Rebecca Taylor’s 15th Anniversary.

Rebecca Taylor and CEO, Beth Budgaycay welcomed guests into the new store while beats by DJ Danny Rockz blasted throughout. Rebecca Taylor also held a raffle to win the one-of-a-kind gown designed and created for her film “Beautiful Dream.” All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the American Red Cross relief efforts in Japan.

Celebrities, influencers and guests mingled inside the new store as they shopped the beautiful Spring collection, sipped on champagne and snacked on Jacques Torres chocolate and Baked by Melissa cupcakes.
