Haute Event: RA Sushi Hosts Maki Madness

March Madness is in full swing (how are your brackets doing, by the way?) but if you feel like more of an observer than a participant, head to RA Sushi, where they’ll host their own competition with Maki Madness March 20. Register now — there will only be 40 spaces — and you could win RA for an entire year.
Coinciding with NCAA March Madness, Maki Madness is a sushi eating competition like no other. Together, RA Sushi and the District at Tustin Legacy will crown the 2011 Maki Madness Champion and award them with 12 $50 RA Sushi gift certificates as well as bragging rights for an entire year. During the event, RA will feature its Tootsy Maki for just $7 and offer diners a drink specials ranging from $4 – $8. In addition to the sushi showdown, the TVs at the restaurant will be tned to the NCAA March Madness tournament so you can cheer on the competitive eaters and your favorite team.
