A Celebration of Fashion and Cinema at Sofitel, Dubai

As part of global initiative to honor French elegance and culture, Sofitel Hotels around the world are hosting the itinerant “Fashion Stills” photo show. The luxury hotel pairs up with the renowned Parisian Polka Gallery to unveil an inspiring range of fashion photographs of French Haute Couture masters.

The exhibition was created at Sofitel Le Faubourg in Paris and reveals the stars of fashion photography including works by Derek Hudson, Françoise Huguier, Jean-Marie Périer and Gérard Uféras. They capture rare and immortalized moments on and off the runway to unveil the highly intimate and private world behind Haute Couture masters such as Dior, Chanel, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Yves St Laurent.

In 2010 the exhibition traveled throughout Europe and North America. This year it embarks on a journey through Africa, the Middle East, and Australia.
