Bye bye winter body, hello fit figure! Physique 57 is the city’s best new fitness craze. Founded by Tanya Becker, Physique 57 is a dynamic cardiovascular program of orthopedic stretches and isometric exercises designed to rapidly transform your body.
The 57-minute ballet inspired classes are specially designed create a strong, lean, and beautiful figure. For early birds, they have classes starting at 6:30 a.m., and for those of you who prefer to workout later in the day (me!), they have afternoon and evening classes. So, what are you waiting for?
