On Thursday, Feb. 17, the 2011 Yacht & Brokerage Show began with a special VIP opening reception hosted by the Miami-based global enterprise Giroski and the luxury yacht company, Lazzara.

The event, which was put together by Pure Scandi, was held at sea on board one of Lazzara’s boat show offerings. The team brought together like sponsors, Abita Beers, Evian water, Jim Beam Black Label, Quattro Restaurant and Swedish spirits company Cape North Vodka, as Scandinavian models walked around wearing designs by Claudia E.

“We are delighted to host our event with Lazzara, given the clear similarities between the high-quality of their magnificent yachts and the long-standing excellence and value we provide to our clients,” said Giroski’s CEO Benjamin Rosales.

The Yacht & Brokerage Show continued throughout the weekend on Indian Creek Waterway at Collins Avenue, from 41st to 51st Streets in Miami Beach.
