Founder of Weil Lifestyle, LLC, Dr. Weil has dedicated his career to helping others achieve optimal health. So when Fox Restaurant Concepts wanted to create a restaurant concept centered on simplicity and flavorful yet sustainable ingredients, they centered True Food Kitchen’s menu on the principals included in Dr. Weil’s Anti-Inflammatory Diet & Food Pyramid.

“Following an anti-inflammatory diet can help counteract the chronic inflammation that is a root cause of many serious diseases, including those that become more frequent as people age,” says Dr. Weil. “It is a way of selecting and preparing foods based on science that can help people achieve and maintain optimum health over their lifetime.”

On Wednesday, March 2 at 9:30 a.m., Dr. Weil will be joining guests at the True Food Kitchen in Biltmore Fashion Park to discuss his top five favorite nutritional ingredients. At the same time, Executive Chef Michael Stebner will be preparing several signature dishes featuring those ingredients so that attendees can experience firsthand what “healthy and delicious” tastes like! A buffet of select breakfast refreshments will also be served.
