    1. Lagasse’s Stadium

Bam. Combine your love of drinking with good New Orleans cooking and even a bet or 10 on the game and you get Lagasse’s Stadium at the Palazzo. Try the Emeril’s Steak BAM’wich, a grilled prime 8-ounce sirloin on homemade herb Focaccia dressed with blue cheese slaw, balsamic-braised red onions and Emeril’s own steak sauce served with truffle parmesan potato wedges. You can start with dishes such as the grilled chicken or barbecue pork nachos or the Italian sausage arancini, crispy fried Italian sausage and mozzarella risotto balls with tomato basil dipping sauce. Then nibble on Lagasse favorites such as the Creole shrimp salad sandwich or the Creole rueben. More than 100 HDTVs surround the joint, along with sports betting stations, blackjack and craps tables, video poker machines, billiard tables and video arcade games.

    2. Todd English P.U.B.

Celebrity chef Todd English already has Olives at the Bellagio and Beso at Crystals. He combined great beers with his interpretation of a modern English pub at Todd English P.U.B. (Public Urban Bar) at Crystals. Down one of the more than 50 international bottles, kegs or casks of beer, play some bar games and chow down on English pub fare at this gastro pub. For food, look to the Carvery, a selection of rotisserie-cooked meats such as prime beef, roasted chicken or duck, brisket, Greek leg of lamb and more served by the half- or full-pound. You can create a “deconstructed” sandwich by selecting breads ranging from sourdough and thick-cut rye to grilled pita and challah. Nosh on goodies from the raw bar or order up some bangers and mash, New England fish and chips and Grichebecktom (the workman’s cheese sandwich with creamy brie cheese and double-smoked bacon).

    3. P.J. Clarke’s

While considered more of a saloon, the new P.J. Clarke’s at the Forum Shops at Caesars certainly combines good drinks with good eats. Look for a raw bar with shrimp, lobster, oysters and Long Island clams on the half shell along with chicken pot pie, fish and chips, baked macaroni and cheese with peas and bacon and Mile High shrimp sandwiches. The restaurant buys its beef from Montana’s Blackfoot River Valley, it’s only supplier for its steaks and famous hamburgers.

    4. The Pub

With more than 200 beers on tap and cuisine that goes beyond the typical pub fare, the Pub at Monte Carlo can serve up the best. Try the mango chicken quesadilla, the chicken and asparagus or one of the gourmet burgers while guzzling down beer. Expand your knowledge of sliders with the fried chicken sliders, stuffed meatball sliders, steak sliders and fish and chips sliders. Not in the mood for beer? Check out one of the The Pub's famous adult milkshakes such as The Luck of the Irish or Peppermint Snowflake.
