The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach Re-Opens its Signature Restaurant Tonight

Restaurants at any Ritz-Carlton rarely disappoint, but Angle is in a class of its own. The revamped menu will serve decant dishes in a sleek, traditional setting, and will undoubtedly maintain its reputation for impeccable first-class service. Angle boasts a soft, romantic decor featuring velvet walls, glowing candlelight, and shining mirrors, suitable for a quiet evening or a celebratory occasion.

The new menu concept of Angle is that of a traditional, yet contemporary American supper club. Dishes are comprised of fresh, local ingredients–seafood that has been obtained dierctly from Florida waters, local farm produce, Creekstone Farms Black Angus Beef, Florida Stone Crabs, among other locally-sourced dishes. Another highlight of Angle is the Onyx Tasting table, a communal dining table where guests are served the chef’s specialty dishes paired with Far Niente wines.
