High atop Reunion Tower sits the swanky Asian fusion eatery Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck. It earns a spot on the list for two reasons: one, the incredible 400-plus label wine list featuring your fave champagnes; and two, the view. Nothing says champagne occasion like sitting high above the land, in front of floor-to-ceiling windows, toasting to your kingdom (hey, no one has to know you don't own Dallas.)

This cozy yet swanky late night lounge has some of the best molecular mixology cocktails in town, including tantalizing flavors of champagne. Partner and GM of Four Lounge Keith LaBonte heads up the mixology menu, manipulating states of matter to create new flavors, feels, textures, aromas and visuals. Try sparkling wine with flavors like blackberry, blueberry, papaya, jalapeno or lemongrass. You'll never look at a bottle of bubbly the same way again.

If you are ever confused over where the hot spot is in Dallas, you can always bet on Dragonfly. Located inside the happening Hotel ZaZa, you'll often find celebs mingling around the bar who're in town for some film screening, and flocks of good looking gals and gents sipping one of their delicious concoctions. Although you will always look cool sipping your champers straight, you may opt for Dragonfly's "Big Flirt" cocktails, a mixture of champagne, pineapple, passion fruit and vodka.

Although the star on this menu is the Champagne Brie Soup, a rich, devilishly delicious appetizer that makes it difficult to follow with any other dish on the planet, there is also a respectable champagne list at St. Martin's. You've got your favorites, like Moet and Veuve and Piper, but also try the house's choice of brut: Nicolas Feuillatte French Champagne, a balanced, dry wine with aromas of grilled hazelnuts, green apple, quince and fig. And if champagne with Sunday brunch tickles your fancy, enjoy free glasses of the stuff with your meal.

For the purists, there is always Vino 100. Uptown's favorite hangout and wine shop for those who truly know the difference between a syrah and a shriaz, you'll also find a healthy portion of sparkling options. Not sure which one to try?
