Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art which also has elements of dance. 2 The Dailey Method

The Dailey Method Scottsdale is owned by Arizona resident Linda Nofer, whose studio teaches students how to transform their bodies via the workout created more than a decade ago by Jill Dailey McIntosh in San Francisco. The method combines elements of Pilates, the Lotte Berk method, personal training and McIntosh's own background in kinesiology, making this workout one of the best in strengthening, stretching, ballet barre work, core conditioning and orthopedic exercises. You can approach the Fury as a boot camp or as a class, but either way, it's just a lot of fun. For 60 minutes, compete against others (and any exercise buddies you convince to join you) while pushing your body to its limits. You'll burn fat and build stamina and agility, with plyometric exercises, group competitions, cardio conditioning, obstacle courses and strength training all part of the workout.
