The always on the cusp of cool, Waikiki Edition Hotel introduces an adventurous way to get fit and explore the island of Oahu with its new Surf Bikini Boot Camp. Customized by a team of pro-surfers, naturalists, yogis and personal trainers, the first four-day camp launches Jan. 13-16.

Former World Longboard Champion, Daize Shayne Goodwin and renowned nutritionist, Corey Coopersmith are just a couple of the several masterminds behind this get fit concept. Surf and Bikini Boot Camp offers a unique blend of fitness, wellness and luxury to provide a getaway that’s not only rejuvenating but also enjoyable.

Conducted in intimate groups of eight to sixteen, the program will cater to all ages and is adapted to each individual’s goals and fitness levels. Rise and shine for yoga at the Sunrise Pool followed by a hike through a lush jungle to Maunawili Falls that are ideal for dipping. In the afternoon learn to surf with pro, Evan Valeire followed by an evening spa treatment.

Day Deux, start of with some killer cardio to tone your core and backside followed by a stand-up paddle board session and in the late afternoon enjoy a good stretch with a yoga session. On the third day of wellness wake up with the Core Class, a total body workout focused on your mid-section to be followed by a hike on the East side of Oahu at Mariners Ridge. Return to the Edition in the afternoon to fine-tune your wave riding skills again with pro, Valiere.

And for your final day of fit camp, depart on an early morning kayaking excursion to the Mokulua Islands where guests can snorkel island reefs and enjoy a healthy picnic lunch. Back at the hotel go out with a bang and the Kick Butt Yoga class to strengthen and lengthen those muscles followed by a pampering spa treatment.
