Located at the infamous Hollywood and Vine, The Redbury is the newest SBE innovation bringing hip and chic apartment-style hotel rooms to the streets of Hollywood. With a music theme, The Redbury enjoys the fact that you feel like you are crashing at a friend’s apartment rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms have a Moroccan-like style to them with red hues, hints of gold and patterns for days on pillows and bedding.

Not only are the rooms at The Redbury exceptional, but so are the services and amenities. With 57 “flats” in the hotel, The Redbury brings hotel living to a whole other level by offering incomparable in-flat services such as yoga or pilates, private chef service and a world-class concierge available for all your exploring needs.

The Redbury also has a whole new take on the way hotel guests enjoy room service. Whether guests opt for grocery delivery, picnic baskets or specialty cocktails delivered to the room, The Redbury makes it easy for patrons to never want to leave their room. And for those who find the one block walk to Katsuya a trek, The Redbury will delivery Katsuya cuisine right to your room.

The hotel has also been applauded for their library, outdoor courtyard and restaurant, Cleo. The Mediterranean restaurant, also part of the SBE family, is Chef Danny Elmaleh’s take on classic and innovative dishes such as Babaganoush, Chicken Kebab and Kibbeh Nayyeh, made of lamb tartar, mint and lebaneh. Specialty cocktails are also the rage at Cleo such as The Cleopatra VII with Grey Good Pear Vodka, Mango Puree and White Cranberry Juice as well as the Lotus Flower with Krol Vodka, Muddled Fresh Blackberries and Elderflower Liqueur.
