Style and Support with Hope Cuts Today

Your split ends are officially visible. You are in desperate need of a new Fall-toned mani. And, hey, you deserve a day of beauty bliss. Throw in the fact that nearly any treatment you decide to partake in will help support HIV/AIDS research, and it’s not hard to decide what you’ll be doing this sunny Sunday. Make a change and a difference with the Mid-Atlantic Hope Cuts event.

Hope Cuts is an annual fundraiser that is hard not to get behind: stylists from some of the best salons in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia dedicate four or more hours of their Sunday book to Hope Cuts. During that time, all services are offered at discount and all proceeds brought in are donated directly to fight cancer and HIV/AIDS at City of Hope National Medical Center and Beckman Research Institute. The stylists and salons donate their time and materials, you walk away with a new look and a worthy organization can further their fight.

So as you sip your morning coffee, indulge that little urge to get yourself to a salon. Ready to get involved? Plenty of Philadelphia-area salons have joined the fight, including Hush Salon in Philadelphia, Paradigm Salon & Spa in Langhorne and Salon La Vouge in Southampton. For a full list of participants, visit the site.

Can’t make it (or have a stylist that would blanch at any sort of disloyalty)? Learn more about City of Hope and how you can donate at www.cityofhope.org.

Call this morning, make your appointment and save lives stylishly.
