Launching October 4, exhale at EPIC will host “EPIC Mondays” every Monday at 5:30 pm. Guests will be treated to a high-energy Core Fusion® Sport class on the outdoor EPIC lawn to the sounds of a live DJ. Following the class, guests will be invited to stay for a complimentary social to mingle with friends and learn more about exhale’s unique spa therapies, transformational programs and services, and results-oriented Core Fusion® fitness program. A rotating group of sponsors will host the Monday evening socials, including Area 31 and ZUMA, and participants can enter monthly raffles to win a variety of prizes. October special offers include complimentary Vita Coco, 100 percent natural coconut water, after the fitness class.
Core Fusion® Sport is a total body workout using a combination of lateral and twisting movements. The one-hour class chisels and firms the arms, shoulders, legs and butt while also focusing on the core. This calorie-burning cardio class works with resistance bands, weights and mat abdominals with periodic jump backs for cardio and stamina benefits.

The fee for “EPIC Mondays” is $24, which includes the Core Fusion® Sport class and social (the class is free for exhale members). Guests must bring their own mats to participate; active wear and socks are recommended and valet parking will be offered at a discounted rate of $5.
