Stephan Pyles

The new culinary venture at Stephan Pyles is Fuego, and it’s on fire. For the past month, the four seats in front of the wood-burning oven are reserved on Thursday through Saturday nights for Pyles’ new tasting menu, a seven to 10 course experiment in molecular gastronomy that Pyles himself concocts in front of your eyes. It’s fresh and inventive and totally intimate, but it’s rumored to be sold out through the end of summer, so make your reservations soon.
