Thomas Keller’s restaurant Per Se in the Time Warner Center is the ultimate French Cuisine Foodie’s haven. Each day the kitchen creates two unique nine-course tasting menus, one a Chef’s Tasting ($275) the other a Tasting of Vegetables ($275).

For July 8th, offerings on the Chef’s Menu include “Oysters and Pearls,” Island Creek Oysters and Sterling White Sturgeon Caviar, Tartare of Kindai Bluefin Tuna, Herb Roasted Thomas Farm’s Pigeon, and Plum Sorbet.  With a two-month waiting list, it’s best to reserve ahead.
