Summer fun in the sun on Malibu’s influential Carbon Beach has officially begun with the Style by the Shore 2010 Summer Series. With the waves crashing in the background, crowds gathered at a private residence on the beach for a raucous performance by the Street Drum Corps who also welcomed Tommy Lee as a special guest. Guests sipped on Marani Vodka, Nocaut Tequila, Asahi, Honest Tea, Coca-Cola and the über convenient Sip ‘N Go Reusable Water Bottles. Décor from Casa de Llama and makeup from Urban Decay was provided, as well as surf gear from OQuinn Clothing and sunglasses from Crap Eyewear. Cece Abel from Rock and Revolution styled the event hosts as well as many of the patrons with her vintage-inspired rock-n-roll reinventions.
