Racing legend Helio Castroneves is driving his sportsmanship and charisma to new levels. He takes the checkered flag on the racetrack and quicksteps his way around the dance floor, and most recently has been named the official spokesperson and member of elite car club, Miami Drive.

Castroneves boasts the fifth Dancing With the Stars Mirror Ball Trophy along with three Indy 500 trophies, proving that this dedicated athlete and family man can do more than just drive. In his Team Penske #3 Dallara/Honda, the hottest racer on the track dances with death and turns wheels (and heads) on and off the course. Playing tennis, swimming, boxing and more, Castroneves sticks to a strict exercise regimen and exercises his strong values in philanthropic endeavors and business ventures, including partnerships with Burger King, Stock Car Brazil and Kia Brazil.

“It is a huge pleasure to become the official spokesperson for Miami Drive,” Castroneves says. “I admire the club’s services, not only for its innovation, but also because it provides me with a convenient solution to my driving needs while in South Florida.”

The Brazilian racing superstar will host and attend several Miami Drive events while leading the club’s track program, a program allowing members to race its vehicles on world-famous racetracks such as the Sebring, Daytona and Homestead Speedway. As the face of the premier car club, Castroneves will enjoy the advantages and benefits of the no hassle club in style.

On June 15, Castroneves hosted the launch event for Miami Drive with more than 250 of Miami’s elite VIPs at the W South Beach. The exclusive red carpet event featured a presentation by the racing legend, as well as an opportunity for guests to view and have their photos taken with the world’s finest vehicles, such as a Ferrari California, a Lamborghini Spyder and a Bentley GTC.

Members privileged with drive time in high performance vehicles, like a red Ferrari 430, a black Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, a blue Audi R8 V10, a silver Porsche GT-3, a black Porsche Cayenne GTS Turbo, and black Range Rover HSE Sport, from Miami Drive’s extensive fleet of high end and exotic autos.

Racing for 13 seasons, there’s not a cloud of bad luck, only dust, in his racing forecast. Castroneves is the only Brazilian, and sixth driver in history to win the most famous spectacle in racing three times. Castronoves’ personal fleet at his Coral Gables residence includes a 2006 Acura RL, a 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo, the 2001 Indianapolis 500 Pace Vehicle Oldsmobile Bravada and a 50th Anniversary Special Edition Chevrolet Corvette, which he received for winning the 2002 Indianapolis 500, not to mention a closet full of streamlined Hugo Boss threads.

Light on his feet, heavy on the pedal, Helio Castroneves is leaving his mark on Miami Drive.
