Blue Hill

With only 55 dining seats in the main room and 16 in the patio, Blue Hill is an intimate location in Greenwich Village. Executive Chef and co-owner Dan Barber and co-owners David and Laureen Barber present an elegant and ever charming farm to table menu.

Appetizers include Asparagus Soup with Maine Crab and Spring Vegetable Salad, entrees Hudson Valley Duck, and Spring Garlic and Potato Ravioli and for dessert choose from delicious epicurean dreams like Rhubarb with poached meringue and Chocolate Bread Pudding.  For a feast to remember,  enjoy “Farmer’s Feast,” a five-course tasting inspired by the week’s harvest.

The Green Table


The Green Table is a sustainable eatery and wine bar nestled in the heart of Chelsea Market. An oasis of refreshing calm that one would normally have to travel to the countryside to enjoy presents itself in the midst of hustle and bustle just north of Meatpacking.

The Green Table menu changes daily. Sample dishes include Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Braised Tuscan Kale, Classic Chicken Pot Pie (with free range Chicken of course) and Macaroni and Cheese with organic cheese and herbed breadcrumbs.

Chris Cheung


Chef Chris Cheung is a culinary expert known for sourcing local ingredients. Superior seasonal products are a hallmark philosophy of this star chef, who has worked alongside Jean George Vongerichten, Iron Chef Morimoto, and Nobu Matsuhisa. Chef Cheung’s techniques with local cuisine has appeared on Anthony Bourdain, The Martha Stewart Show and The Food Network.

Savoy

Opened in 1990 by Peter Hoffman and wife Susan, “to create delicious and memorable meals by sourcing the very best ingredients from local farmers,” Savoy is a must dine location for locavores.

Loved by local and international foodies, Savoy menu offers culinary delights including Watercress Vichyssoise with dill creme fraiche or Grilled Vermont Quail for appetizers, entrees such as Hudson Valley Rabbit and New York Lamb and decadent desserts such as Brown Sugar Panna Cotta or Strawberry Cheesecake Tart.
