Every city has its neighborhood, and every district has its day. Soho, Meatpacking, the Village and more have all relished in the heyday of glory. As of late, it seems that our favorite fashion icons are perking up and paying attention to the Lower Fifth, according to an article published in today’s
New York Post.
Jennifer Gould Keil is predicting that this New York hotspot shall claim the title of Fashion Row. If fashion demigods like Valentino and partner Giancarlo Giammetti are poking around the neighborhood, it’s worth following what they may be up to. According to Keil, the duo investigated a $12 million cupola penthouse at 141 Fifth Ave. "The 3,200-square-foot, three-level condo features two bedrooms (including a master suite at the very top), 3½ bathrooms and a custom chef’s kitchen, along with 10½-foot ceilings, oversized windows and several private terraces,” she reports.
Keil lists off a roster of real estate updates that are worth checking out, which include names like Halston CEO Bonnie Takhar, Apollo Global Management Gizman Abbas, and some of our other favorite faces, who declined comment for the article.
