Canyon Ranch Banishes Your Winter Skin

Now that spring has hit in full force, it’s time to get rid of that dull winter skin and rehydrate to get ready for the pool. Canyon Ranch SpaClub at the Palazzo and the Venetian makes sloughing off that dry skin easy with some treatments created especially for spring.

First, know that at Canyon Ranch, you can start off your treatments with some time in the Aquavana, a European-inspired aquathermal oasis. Just be sure to arrive early to take advantage of these experiences. The Igloo has cool air and three ways to add a little snow to your day. In the HydroSpa, you can relax on a heated lounger. The Herbal Laconium warms you with herbal-infused steam. In the Experiential Rains experience, you can enjoy multisensory cooling showers. All come with your treatments.

You’re ready for your treatments. For spring, try the Spring Revitalizing Cocoon, a treatment that starts with an all-over application of pure natural white clay, followed by a warm cocoon that allows the essential minerals to restore your skin. The treatment ends with a moisturizing olive oil-based body butter that’s infused with essence of Limoncello to leave you glowing. This treatment can last for 50, 80 or 100 minutes, and prices start at $170 for Tuesday through Thursday appointments and $180 for Friday through Monday appointments.

Yes, a massage can help you banish dry skin. Canyon Ranch’s Honey and Citrus Massage uses deep conditioning Limoncello Olive Cream made with organic extra virgin olive oil and healing organic honey to seal in moisture and rehydrate your skin. This treatment is available for 50- and 80-minute sessions, with prices beginning at $155 for Tuesday through Thursday appointments and $165 for Friday through Monday appointments.

Your face could use some hydration as well. The Fruit and Flowers Facial uses products from the June Jacobs skin-care line that delight your senses as well as your skin. The facial finishes with a mandarin hydration gel mask. The 50-minute facial costs $160 for Tuesday through Thursday appointments and $170 for Friday through Monday appointments.

Just be sure to book one of these treatments by May 31 at 702.414.3600 or 1.877.220.2688. For a complete guide to services available at Canyon Ranch SpaClub, visit www.canyonranch.com.
