Wine and Dine in Style at The Ritz-Carlton

You don’t have to be a wino to appreciate that finding the perfect vintage is akin to finding that perfect pair of jeans—no easy feat. Well, The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne and acclaimed vineyards Schiopetto and Sandrone are making it a little easier for you. On Saturday, March 20, they will host an uber-exclusive presentation dinner at the hotel’s dining establishment, Cioppino, that will premiere five newly-released vintage bottles from the notable white and red estates.
The guests of honor include:

- Schiopetto, Friulano DOC Collio 2008,
- Sandrone “Valmaggiore” Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC 2007
- Sandrone Barolo DOCG “Le Vigne” 2005

There will be a cocktail reception followed by a four-course authentic Italian dinner, specifically designed by Chef de Cuisine Ezio Gamba to complement the essence of each glass. In addition to the wine, guests can expect to indulge in such delicacies as Scampi Stuffed Zucchini Blossom with Melon and a Creamy Buffalo Mozzarella, Carnaroli Rice with Duck Confit and Robiola Cheese, and Roasted Lamb Loin Medallions atop of Grilled Polenta with an Apricot and Rosemary Jam.
