Their gourmet burger can only be found in their West London location, and it is made with some pretty decadent ingredients including Wagyu beef, white truffles, Pata Negra ham slices, Cristal onion straws, Modena balsamic vinegar, labms lettuce, pink Himalayan rock salt, and organic white wine and shallot infused mayonnaise in an Iranian saffron and white truffle dusted bun.
On a philanthropic side note, proceeds for this special patty benefit the Help A London Child charity.
