The Richard Nouveau Burger- $175

Located in the Financial District, the Wall Street Burger Shoppe is home to the Richard Nouveau Burger. This burger is made from prime kobe beef and topped with aged gruyere cheese. Shaved black truffles, foie gras, and a golden truffle mayonnaise are spread on the bun. The burger also has real gold flakes, and in the past, owners have raised the price of this dish in order to stay on the list of most expensive, which is now priced at $175. Co-owner and chef Kevin O’Connell serves the burger with Belgian-style fries, mixed greens, and a tomato salad.
