Everyone loves to shop at Judith Leiber, and when the celebrities are there to support a good cause, it increases the feel-good factor exponentially. Such was the case on Friday, March 5, to kick off Oscar weekend.

It was a grand affair on Rodeo Drive, billed as a toast to the awards season, benefitting Healthy Child Healthy World. The fact that Jessica Capshaw was the star doing the inviting, made the squeal-factor that much more intense. The handbags alone would be enough to cause such a reaction, but when we read that there would be 100 handbags exclusively priced at $100 with 100 percent of the proceeds going to charity, we immediately marked the date on our calendars in pen.
