Mix is a one of a kind restaurant and lounge located at the top of THEhotel at Mandalay Bay. Here guests get gorgeous views of the strip that are made possible by floor to ceiling windows as well as an outside balcony. The menu features classic French and American cuisine that is often flared with global accents. All the selections here are decadent, and some of the more outstanding dishes include seared scallops with sweet corn fricassee and crispy bacon, and the roasted duck breast with baby turnips and orange.
