The 1928 property rests on the corner lot and spans 2,232 square feet. For anyone interested in a more modest abode, this one might be for you as it is a two-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath space. The bells and whistles include all the flair of the 20s style homes that Los Angeles is famous for: arched entryways, fireplace, beamed ceiling, French doors, wood floors in a chestnut colored herringbone pattern, and a greenhouse window.
