This historic 40-room 1912 mansion that is located on a 500-acre estate about 45 miles from New York City, was once the summer home of King Hassan II of Morocco. One of the main elements of the place is the 90 acres that surround it. On these 90 acres, Branson opened a culinary center, restaurant, lounge, school, and farm will be located.
Opening with guest cottages, a media room, a 4,000-square foot pool, tennis courts, fitness facility, croquet pitch and greenhouses, guests can enjoy the surroundings, go horseback riding or fly-fishing.
