Wolfgang Puck Discusses Success of Chinois
Wolfgang Puck discussed a chef-studded Singaporean resort, his coffee line, and how Los Angeles once blazed the trail for NYC’s fusion restaurants: “I started the East meets West fusion trend out on the west coast with Chinois. I don’t believe they would have taken so well to it in New York. But after the success of Chinois they were able to justify the opening of China Grill in Manhattan.”

Wolfgang Puck’s dishes has people all over the globe seeking out a spot at his famous restaurants but now, an option will exist at home. Campbell Soup Company has partnered with the revered celebrity chef to introduce four restaurant quality, ready-made Wolfgang Puck Italian Sauces.
Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck owns numerous restaurants and even has his own line of coffee so it’s not a surprise that he is a discerning customer when he goes out. Puck recently revealed that he not does he prefer to avoid Starbucks, he actually think their coffee is terrible.
Wolfgang Puck, the famous multimillionaire chef is due to open his first restaurant in Europe on September 1st. CUT, at 45 Park Lane, London, the eatery also located at the Beverly Wilshire at the Hotel Bel-Air, will introduce Puck’s cuisine to London instead of New York or Miami.
Just a few days ago, the James Beard Foundation announced that Puck would be this year’s recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Fashion label Guess, Marie Claire, and renowned chef Wolfgang Puck hosted a private party in support of Save the Children’s humanitarian efforts in East Africa. The intimate gathering was held at Guess’s Beverly Hills boutique and was personally catered by the famed Austrian chef himself.
Wolfgang Puck's Sunday Brunch and Charity Auction took place on October 16 at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air. This fabulous meal was part of the Food & Wine Festival; a haute culinary event which took place over a four day span in sunny Los Angeles.
While lunching at the fabulous Spago in Beverly Hills, located immediately adjacent to my office, Wolfgang Puck and I chatted about the home I sold him.
